Cezary Falba is a software engineer and technical leader with more than 20 years of experience building and evolving production software across financial services, digital products, cloud platforms and blockchain.
His career spans frontend architecture, backend systems, security, cloud infrastructure and distributed applications. He has built products from their earliest stages, modernised complex live systems and contributed to technology businesses that subsequently went through acquisition.
More recently, Cezary has focused extensively on blockchain and Web3 products, designing user-facing applications that combine complex financial workflows, smart-contract integrations and real-time on-chain data. His experience extends beyond the interface layer into APIs, authentication, infrastructure and the underlying systems required to support production applications.
At GoTo Crypto, Cezary bridges product architecture and deep engineering, taking complex ideas from initial product design through implementation and production. His strength lies in turning technically sophisticated systems into software that is maintainable, understandable and usable.
Cezary studied Software Engineering at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.
